This is the easiest, fastest, cheapest, and healthiest pudding you will ever make! With just 3 ingredients and 3 minutes, you can enjoy this delicious chocolatey dessert!
- Silk tofu (kinu tofu) – 3 packs (total 450g)
- Cacao Powder – 3~4 Tbsp
- Tensai Syrup (Agave, maple syrup, etc. work too) – 3~4 Tbsp
*Note: This recipe makes 2~3 servings. Feel free to adjust the amount! I started out with a 3-3-3 ratio but after doing a taste test decided to add a little bit more syrup. My advice is to use this as a guide and adjust according to taste.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. (If you don’t have a blender, you could whisk it by hand. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard.)
- Taste it and add additional sweetener/cacao if you’d like to
- Put into dishes and eat!
I’m fairly certain this pudding would also be delicious if you mixed in peanut butter or banana. Since it only takes a few minutes to make, feel free to try it all sorts of ways! Everyone who has tried this recipe has told me they love it so much they made it more than once.
I recommend splitting it into 3 small dishes if you can. Otherwise, you may end up eating more than you planned to! I mean, not that that happened to ME or anything… 😉
This dessert is great for vegans and non-vegans alike. Feel free to feed it to your dairy-eating friends and ‘forget’ to mention it’s made of tofu. I guarantee they won’t know the difference! Happy eating 🙂
